Namaste Hands Painting – Contemplation

Namaste hands painting in acrylic paint with genuine gold leaf squares from Bangkok. This contemporary spiritual painting has a Thai yantra symbol at the bottom, adding to the sense of mystery. Orange-red hands are adorned with pinkish-purple beads and have a bright blue highlight around the edges.

Energetic piece of art that gives you a sense of hope and enlivens you as you make your way through the day in this school called “Life on Earth.”

While I was painting this, I felt in awe of the Thai yantra – I love the shapes these yantras have that monks use to invoke protection and good fortune. Many people feel the same way and have had tattoos made in this fashion. While I have not, I prefer to paint them!

I chose this orangy-red color for the Namaste hands because I wanted them to clearly look like no particular race of people. We are all one, and the energy I want to depict is all-inclusive.
